AUA Center : Visual Tour

The AUA Center is a first-class, Western-style multiple-use rental facility in the heart of Yerevan, Armenia.

The AUA Center has rental office space suitable for business or not-for-profit organization headquarters. Each office suite may comprise five to seven offices depending on room size and design.

Designed to meet the needs and specifications of each tenant, office sizes vary between 30 and 90 sq.m.

The AUA Center offers three different conference and meeting rooms, as well as a large auditorium. The meeting rooms are designed to also be used as classrooms. Meeting room sizes vary from 45 to 70 sq.m. The auditorium is 300 sq.m.
Jointly designed by a team of American and Armenian architects, the AUA Center offers the comfort and convenience required by the serious entrepreneur.
