Applying for Admission

All applicants for admission to the graduate programs of AUA must complete and submit an application packet to the University's Office of Admissions in accordance with the Schedule of Admissions. The packet must include:

a. A completed application form;

b. Applicant's undergraduate diploma(s), originals with copies if handed in to the Office of Admissions in person; or copies of undergraduate diplomas certified by the institution granting it; or notarized.

c. All previous college or university transcripts, originals with copies if handed in to the Office of Admissions in person; or copies of transcripts certified by the respective university; if the original of any transcript is in a language other than Armenian or Russian, then a notarized English translation is also required;

d. Three letters of recommendation (download English version, Armenian version of form); and

e. A non-refundable application fee in drum - equivalent of US $12  (Armenian citizens) or US $55 (foreign citizens).

AdmissionsThe transcript submitted by each applicant must indicate all courses taken by the applicant and the grades earned.  Applicants who are graduating in the current year and who do not have access to their complete records by the time the application packet is due must submit all available transcripts, a list of all courses in which they are currently enrolled, and provide, to the best of their knowledge, an estimate of the overall grade point average of all their undergraduate coursework. An official copy of the applicant's complete record from the previous college or university must then be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the final deadline for completing the application packet.
