Applying
for Admission
All applicants
for admission to the graduate programs of AUA must complete and
submit an application packet to the University's Office of Admissions
in accordance with the Schedule of Admissions. The packet must include:
a. A completed application form;
b. Applicant's undergraduate diploma(s), originals
with copies if handed in to the Office of Admissions in person;
or copies of undergraduate diplomas certified by the institution
granting it; or notarized.
c. All previous college or university transcripts,
originals with copies if handed in to the Office of Admissions in
person; or copies of transcripts certified by the respective university;
if the original of any transcript is in a language other than Armenian
or Russian, then a notarized English translation is also required;
d. Three letters of recommendation (download English
version, Armenian version
of form); and
e. A non-refundable application fee in drum - equivalent of
US $12 (Armenian citizens) or US $55 (foreign citizens).
The
transcript submitted by each applicant must indicate all courses
taken by the applicant and the grades earned. Applicants who are
graduating in the current year and who do not have access to their
complete records by the time the application packet is due must
submit all available transcripts, a list of all courses in which
they are currently enrolled, and provide, to the best of their knowledge,
an estimate of the overall grade point average of all their undergraduate
coursework. An official copy of the applicant's complete record
from the previous college or university must then be submitted to
the Office of Admissions by the final deadline for completing the
application packet.
